  • How do I get scheduled for my move or clean?
    Please call or email our team so we can understand the move or clean in greater detail. If you proceed with us, we will send over our contract for you review which we can go over with you.
  • What is the minimum service time per job?
    We have a $350 minimum on all jobs. This can be flexible depending on the situation (ex: moving couple pieces of furniture up the stairs). Please call to discuss nature of move to get more accurate minimum quote.
  • Are you actively hiring?
    Yes! We are always in search of great talent. Please contact us to discuss your experience.
  • Can I meet the crew prior to my move or clean?
    Absolutely! We can arrange an in-person or virtual meeting. You can also request to be placed into a group message for communication purposes during the job.
  • How does Boxtruck Movers LLC take payment?
    Depending on the type of your move, we offer creative payment structures. For local moves, we usually have a per hour rate of $115-$130 per hour for two-man crew and $135-$150 per hour for three-man crew. For labor only, we use the above per hour rates or a negotiated flat, lump sum payment. For long distance moves, we charge a negotiated flat, lump sum after you have discussed the nature of your move with our team. For household or commercial cleaning jobs, we charge $150 bi-weekly for two full service household cleans. Move out cleans are flat, lump sum payment. Commerical cleaning clients are recommended to call our team to discuss nature of requested services.
  • How is the per hour payment structure calculated?
    We start the clock when we arrive to the start location and end the lock once the final item has been moved. We can provide a copy of the payment calculation upon request.
  • What household items will not be moved?
    Any item that functions to bear weight of an infant to child aged 10. Explosive materials Hazardous materials Any item that poses significant health risk to crew
  • How are damages and associated claims handled?
    The payout value is job dependent based on the agreed terms and conditions. All damages must be documented with photographs and be sent over via email in five (5) days post job completion.
  • Are tools and equipment included in the price?
    Yes! We do charge a one-time for service fees to cover a portion of our expenses which will be determined when we talk about your move.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    We accept the following forms of payment: Cash Check Zelle
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
